This is the official website and online quoting tool of Guangzhou Shenghui Eco Bags, a non-woven / eco-bag custom manufacturer. The public landing pages are open to visitors; the online quoting tool is for authorized internal staff who sign in. By accessing or using this site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Nature of the Online Quote

Prices from the online quoting tool are reference / preliminary estimates, calculated automatically from the specifications you enter. The final price is subject to confirmation by the factory.

Quotes vary with order quantity, dimensions, weight, material, printing method, and accessories. A quote is not an offer or a contract; the price, lead time, and terms of an actual order are governed by the parties' written confirmation.

Custom Products

Products are eco-bags made to customer specifications. Once a custom product enters production it generally cannot be returned or exchanged, as it is made to order. Minimum order quantity, sampling, lead time, and order change / cancellation rules follow the agreement between the factory and the customer at the time of ordering.

Intellectual Property

• The site and its original content, pages, and features belong to the site and are protected by law.
• Logos, artwork, and text supplied by the customer for customization must be lawfully owned or licensed by the customer. The customer is responsible for any infringement of third-party rights arising from supplied materials; the site produces only on the basis of lawfully supplied materials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to violate applicable laws, attempt unauthorized access to the site's systems or others' data, or interfere with the site's normal operation and security.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and does not guarantee the timeliness or accuracy of the quoting tool's results; where a quote differs from the factory's formal calculation, the factory's confirmation prevails. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the site.
