Non-woven document bags (also called non-woven tote document bags) are a staple at corporate conferences, trade exhibitions, and government events — used to carry A4 handouts, notebooks, pens, and other materials. Unlike gift bags, document bags prioritize practicality and print clarity, since the bag face is often the primary branding surface of the entire event.
Standard Sizes
A4 portrait (most common): 26cm wide × 35cm tall × 6~8cm gusset — fits A4 sheets flat without folding. A3 portrait: 33cm wide × 45cm tall × 8cm gusset — ideal for large-format exhibition materials or catalogs. Handles are typically die-cut same-fabric handles (punch-hole style) or PP handles, with a total height of 40~45cm (shoulder-carry friendly).
Fabric Weight Recommendations
A minimum of 80gsm is recommended for the base fabric. For A3 bags, which bear a larger load area, 90gsm or above is advised, with heat-sealed base reinforcement as an option.
Print Quality Requirements
The bag face serves as the primary brand display at events, so print precision matters more here than on a standard tote. Key tips: ① Always supply a vector logo (AI/EPS format) to avoid pixelation when scaling; ② For multi-color gradients or intricate artwork, consider upgrading to a laminated bag instead; ③ When printing light text on a dark background, confirm ink coverage with the factory — light colors on dark fabric typically require a white underbase layer.

Typical conference and exhibition runs are 500~5,000 pieces. Screen printing (1~2 colors) carries a lead time of 5~7 business days. If ordering ahead of an event, allow at least 10 business days as a buffer.
